Good day good people.  In these times, life can really put a serious bummer on your being! You need to do a lot to keep from getting totally depressed.  My logic is that since you feed yourself food for the body, should you not feed yourself food for the spirit?
My belief is that as you develop your "Positive Spirit", you will see the logic of being nice and respectful to everybody and realize that "True Happiness" comes from helping others.

I am a person who believes that those who do not possess Wisdom, Humility and Gratitude are severely handicapped and as a result, they cannot dream or have Joy like those with The Holy Spirit in them!  As a result they cannot understand the true "purpose of life".  I feel a deep sorrow for those who cannot experience joy. There handicap is truly a terrible thing to bear!  I feel the whole purpose of life is to do all in your power to help folks strive to get The Holy Spirit in them!  It may take weeks, months, years or decades to help folks!  But know this, that for you trying to help others, your blessing will far exceed your wildest dreams!  For God will glorify you in ways that will go far beyond anything you can imagine in a wonderful way!

Take heed of the things you should do for your Health, Personality, Society, and Life.

Health
1.  Drink plenty of water.
2.  Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3.  Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
4.  Live with the 3 E's-Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.
5.  Make time to pray.
6.  Play more games.
7.  Read more books than you did last year.
8.  Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
9.  Sleep for at least 7 hours.
10.Take a 10-30 minute walk daily.  And while you walk, smile.

Personality
11. Don't compare your life to others.  You have no idea what their journey is all about.
12. Don't have negative thoughts or worry about things you cannot control.  Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
13. Don't overdo it.  Keep your limits.
14. Don't take yourself so seriously.  No one else does.
15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
16. Dream more while you are awake.
17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
18. Forget issues of the past.  Don't remind your partner with His/Her mistakes of the past.  That will ruin your present happiness.
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.  Don't hate others.
20. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
21. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
22. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn.  Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class, but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
23. Smile and laugh more.
24. You don't have to win every argument.  Agree to disagree.
Society
25. Call your family often.
26. Each day give something good to others.
27. Forgive everyone for everything.
28. Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.
29. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
30. What other people think of you is none of your business.
31. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick.  Your friends will.  Stay in touch.
Life
32. Do the right thing!
33. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
34. GOD heals everything.
35. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
36. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
37. The best is yet to come.
38. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.
39. Learn how to appreciate the music of the birds.

                                                                  The Power Positive Words
Give yourself positive mind motivation everyday.  Say these words to yourself every- day.  "I am accepted, I am appreciated, I anointed, I am approved, I am blessed, I am creative, I am confident, I am considerate, I am equipped, I am empowered, I am faithful,  I am focused, I am forgiving, I am gifted, I am gentle, I am gracious, I am good, I am healthy, I am humble, I am honorable, I am honest, I am intelligent, I am joyful, I am kind, I am loved, I am motivated, I am moral, I am merciful, I am nice, I am obedient, I am positive, I am prosperous, I am polite, I am pleasant, I am qualified, I am quiet, I am redeemed, I am respectful, I am reliable, I am responsible, I am righteous, I am reserved, I am secure, I am smart, I am strong, I am sincere, I am successful, I am talented, I am thoughtful, I am understanding, I am vibrant, I am victorious, I am wise and I am worthy."
Speak these words everyday and believe in them!  For the power of positive words will really help you in this world.
Remember what Joel Osteen said "You are approved by the most high!  If GOD be for you, who can be against you!"

I found this ATTITUDE saying a few years ago by Charles Swindoll and really started understand the importance of having a positive attitude in life.  Yes, life can be very trying sometimes and I find the best way to deal with life's issues is to read at least one positive passage from the Bible every day and try to teach yourself the importance of seeing the beauty in the most simple things in life.

ATTITUDE
By Charles Swindoll
"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude, to me is more important than facts.  It is more important than the past,
than education, than money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes,
than what other people think or say or do.  It is more important than appearance,
giftedness or skill.  It will make or break a company...a church...a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude
we will embrace for the day.  We cannot change our past...we cannot change the
fact that people will act in a certain way.  We cannot change the inevitable.
The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.
I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
And so it is with you...we are in charge of our Attitudes."

"Desiderata" (Latin: "desired things") is a 1927 prose poem by American writer Max Ehrmann.  Largely unknown in the author's lifetime, the text became widely known after its use in a devotional and after spoken-word recordings in 1971 and 1972.

D E S I D E R A T A
By Max Ehrmann

Go placidly amid the noise and the haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others.
Even to the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons; they are vexatious to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter.
For always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
It is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

Exercise caution in your business affairs,
For the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
Many persons strive for high ideas.
And everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself.  Especially do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love.
For in the face of all aridity and disenchantment,
It is as perennial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years.
Gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
You have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
No doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore be at peace with GOD,
Whatever you conceive Him to be.
And whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life,
Keep peace in your soul.

With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams,
It is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful.  Strive to be happy.
